1. Subscription Cancellation Notice

Cancellation Timing: To cancel your subscription, you must provide notice at least two billing cycles before the end of your current subscription period.

Cancellation Request: To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions provided in your account settings or contact our support team at Yadeno.servicedesk@outlook.com.

2. Refund Policy

Month-to-Month Subscriptions: No refunds are issued for month-to-month subscriptions. Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions: No refunds are issued for annual subscriptions. Payments made for the annual term are non-refundable.

3. Access After Cancellation

Content Access: Once your subscription is canceled, access to our streaming service will be terminated immediately.

Data Retention: Any data or content related to your subscription will not be retained once the subscription is canceled. You will not have access to previously viewed content or account information after cancellation.
